Nicole Richie: Mani-Mommy Day!

The adorable Harlow accompanied her stylish mother, Nicole Richie, as she went to a local nail salon to treat herself to a mani-pedi. While carrying Harlow in one arm and a Givenchy Antigonia handbag in the other, Richie was nothing short of stylish.

She wore a classic black Vanessa Bruno blazer over a comfy white t-shirt. Her simple leather pants allowed her House of Harlow Kye flats to stand out. The loafers, which were designed by Nicole, feature silver studs on top of a black leather base, while the back features striking leopard print. Nicole who is an avid collector of designer sunglasses is here wearing a pair of House of Harlow round sunglasses and a black beanie. The look is making me feel nostalgic, we're really getting the old Nicole back!

Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen: J. Mendel Front Row

Nothing starts a media frenzy like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen turning up to a fashion show. Here the multi-talented designers, actresses and style icons are seen taking in the Spring 2012, J. Mendel collection designed by Gilles Mendel. The sisters went for the minimalist look, a look they've favored for years.

Mary-Kate wore rebel black while Ashley wore innocent white. Although the ladies put their outfits together differently, they complimented each others look with matching chunky gold watches and rings. Mary Kate and Ashley were all smiles as they wore matching aviator sunglasses from their brand The Row.

As they left the show, we got a better view of their outfits. Ashley wore discreet gold anklets on both ankles. The girls are really emphasizing the move towards pointy toe heels in neutral colors. They both carried handbags from their own brand, The Row. Ashley carried the Doctor Bag whilst Mary-Kate carried the large Day Luxe bag. Another hit look for MKA.

Anne Hathaway on & off set style

My favourite look of the week has to be Anne Hathaway in a classic two piece suit, gloves and hat on the set of her new film, The Dark Knight Rises.

However her everyday style is far more earthy. Heading to a cafe Anne was seen wearing a simple brown dress with beaded sandals. She also wore a carefree cross-body bag and Elizabeth and James Anza hexagon sunglasses designed by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Two completely different looks on and off the set.

Rihanna: Resturant Run

Rihanna gave her sexy stages costumes a rest as she went out for a quiet dinner with friends recently. The pop icon who wore sleek Alexander McQueen pants and Jimmy Choo blade sandals, covered up in a striking two-tone wool and leather coat by Celine. 

The jewelry lover kept her accessories simple on this occasion, with a chunky gold choker style necklace, simple yet affective. She also carried a oversized Fendi clutch bag. When a bag features multiple monogram logos, it requires a simple outfit to avoid it looking cheap or over the top. Rihanna has done it right by pairing the purse with her timeless outfit and sleek knot bun hair.

Presenting the gorgeous, Elizabeth Olsen. As the younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen it isn't hard to be kept in their shadow. But Elizabeth, with the help of her siblings industry connections, is becoming a bona-fide star who's beginning to make it on her own two feet in Hollywood. The Martha Marcy May Marlene actress has a lot going for including talent, classic beauty and famous family roots. Her famous sisters also named one of their brands after her known as Elizabeth and James. That's definitely a good head start in the la la land of showbiz.

Look what the Cat dragged in!

I haven't been envious of anyone in a longtime, but i must say little Harper Seven Beckham is probably going to become my arch nemisis. Sure she doesn't know me, but girl just came out the womb and she's already lapping it up in high end boutiques, including Prada, Balenciaga and Marc Jacobs. She's also heir to the Beckham fortune which includes a divine collection of Hermes handbags. I've been on this earth for over 2 decades and haven't even begun to witness the luxuries the 9-week-old has.

Here she is wearing an adorable baby dress with matching bow hair clip. She's already stylish and add to that the future wardrobe she's going to inherit from her mother, Victoria Beckham, she's going to be unstoppable. But for now, Victoria still takes fashions center stage.

As she kept Harper close, the four time mum, wore a kitschy dress from her second fashion line, Victoria by Victoria Beckham. The tan shift dress predominately featured white cat prints with Where's-Wally style red cat prints speckled in between. She kept her hair back in a sleek pony tail and classic Cutler and Gross of London oversized sunglasses. She didn't fail to leave her heels at home as she strutted around the boutiques in Charlotte Olympia ankle strap heels.

Kate Moss - Rimmel Celebrations

Over the last 10 years, Kate Moss has been one of the main faces of Rimmel cosmetics. In honor of her 10 year partnership, the UK company organized festive celebrations with Kate Moss as the VIP guest. Early on in the day Kate wore a striking grey ensemble with flared pants and suede Salvatore Ferragamo heels. It was classic and polished.

For night, the supermodel vamped up the look in a black mini dress that showed off her gorgeous tanned legs. The dress featured a sweet heart neckline with tough chain detailing. She carried a snakeskin clutch with patent Christian Louboutin pointed heels. For both outfits, she kept the make up simple but added striking red lipstick, by Rimmel of course. How does the 37 year old manage to get hotter and hotter each year? Must be the new bride glow.

Spotted: Victoria in Victoria

I recently posted about Victoria Beckham's new line of clothing known as Victoria by Victoria Beckham. The collection which features 60's style shift dresses in vivid colors and body friendly shapes, has already been praised by critics due to it's diversion from the looks from her main line Victoria Beckham Collection.

Only hours after showcasing her new line to fashion's elite in an intimate runway show, Victoria was already seen wearing a dress from the Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection. The sleeveless dress features a high neckline and even higher hemline. The black scallop cut detailing allows the hot pink bell style dress to stand out even more.

She paired the beautiful dress with hot Christian Louboutin Daf ankle boots. She also carried around a medium sized Victoria Beckham Collection handbag and wore an oversized pair of Victoria Beckham Eyewear sunglasses. This woman is beyond perfect.

Anne Hathaway: Today Show Look

Anne Hathaway recently made a guest appearance on the Today Show. Moving away from her usual choice of girly dresses, Anne chose a more edgy approach to her outfit. She kept the look monochrome with a sleek white blazer and new season flared pants.

Although Anne doesn't strike me as a woman with a rock and roll style, she managed to pull the look off with an Elvis t-shirt and Victoria Beckham Eyewear cat eye sunglasses in pearlized greyish-white color. 

Middleton in McQueen: Less Lady Gaga more Lady-Like!

Being a royal requires one to dress in a modest, stylish and put together manner and The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, has been hitting all the right fashion notes in that respect. The wife of Prince William has been churning out several Alexander McQueen outfits ever since her wedding day. The brand has received daily attention as Kate donned classic pieces from the expensive UK fashion brand.

Not like the Alexander McQueen empire needs help selling their designs, but photos of Kate wearing Alexander McQueen has seen the brand catering for a whole new type of clientele. The way in which the Duchess coordinates pieces from the collection has attracted women who are less Lady Gaga and more Lady-like. The pieces she chose are perfect for many occasions day or night, including family gatherings, visits, meetings and work.

Although McQueen doesn't run cheap, sometimes it's better to save up and fork out a bit extra for great tailored pieces that will hold up well over the years and remain classics.

Nicole Richie attended the annual Fashion Night Out festivities in true fashionista mode. The fashion designer for Winter Kate and House of Harlow looked nothing short of ethereal in her own designs.

The young mother wore an embellished maxi dress from the new season of her Winter Kate brand. The hippy style dress flowed perfectly with her House of Harlow jewelry and python clutch purse. Richie who has always been a fan of head scarfs and headbands, stayed true to her style roots by wearing a stunning jewel encrusted headband which added the finishing touch to her bohemian look.

Victoria Beckham is truly an inspirational celebrity. Just weeks after giving birth to baby Harper Seven, Posh Spice is already back in shape and back to work. She is currently in New York to promote her fashion lines and has had baby Harper in her arms every step of the way. Seriously, that girl is one lucky kid (how many 2 month-olds do you know that have a front row seat at fashion week?)

Victoria who was seen wearing a Rick Owens leather jacket with Victoria Beckham Collection jeans and a striking  pair of Christian Louboutin Daf ankle boots has a lot to celebrate. Victoria who already has a hugely successful fashion line named Victoria Beckham Collection, has recently launched another line of clothing simply named Victoria by Victoria Beckham which will no doubt be a huge success as well. 

Just like it's sister brand, the Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection features beautiful dresses of superior quality. The new line features brightly colored dresses with a 60's feel and the simplicity that Victoria is known for, no fussy shapes and cuts in sight. Victoria was quoted saying that the line is open to "women and girls of all different shapes and sizes, people who maybe want something less tight and clingy and structured. It also makes it more comfortable for during the day. You can wear them with a pair of flats or a pair of heels and they look great." 


The new collection which is said to be more day friendly, youthful and affordable line will retail between US $500 to $1000 per piece which in comparison to her main line, is actually completely affordable.

Mary Kate Olsen: Out in New York

Mary-Kate who is known for her chaotic bohemian rock style was seen leaving her apartment in New York City recently living up to her fashion reputation. The fashion designer was seen wearing an oversized blue pinstripe shirt with relaxed fit pants. She kept the look comfortable yet fun with a pop of orange ankle trimming from her pants and a pair of leopard print loafers. Not one to skim on accessories Mary Kate wore large colorful cocktail rings paired with strands of thin gold necklaces.

Kourtney Kardashian: New York Fashion Week

Kourtney Kardashian along with her entourage of siblings were in New York to enjoy fashion week. As cameras are more prodominate during fashion week, the Kardashian girls didn't fail to seize the opportunity to promote their fashion line.

The sisters all wore pieces from the Alice + Olivia Collection which is very similar to pieces from their own Kardashian Kollection for Sears. The Kardashian Kollection which was designed by Kourtney, Kim and Khloe features a several affordable pieces which reflect the Kardashian style.

Kourtney wore an Alice + Olivia white lace dress with a baby doll bell skirt. She paired it with pointy Christian Louboutin studded heels. The outfit although saccharine and feminine, the messy 80's bee-hive hair look didn't do Kourtney any justice...nor did the heavy make up.

Victoria Beckham: Hot Pink Perfection!

Just mere weeks after giving birth to her first daughter, Victoria Beckham was seen out in New York looking better than ever. Whilst shielding Harper Seven from the paparazzi, Victoria wore a stunning hot pink calf length dress.

Although the length is hard to pull off, it is rapidly becoming a must have look for the next few seasons. She paired the striking dress with a grey pair of Christian Louboutin knee high boots.

The dress worn with boots look is a great way to transition between seasons as also seen on Pippa Middleton lately. She kept her accessories minimal and only opted to wear a stunning pair of Cutler and Gross oversized sunglasses. She can never do no wrong.

Ashley Olsen: All Black Everything

One half of the amazing Olsen twin duo, Ashley Olsen, was seen out in New York running errands recently. Ashley wore a trendy oversized The Row 'Varston' sweater with sleek black skinny jeans. She folded the jeans above her ankle allowing her gorgeous Miu Miu bow embellished pumps to shine. She kept her rock star look with tousled hair and aviator sunglasses.

If that wasn't amazing enough, she added a beautifully crafted calf skin leather doctor bag to the look. The bag was designed by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen for their own high end brand, The Row and retails for US $4800.

Little Lohan's Modeling Makeover!

For years the Lohan family has been living off the fame and fortune of Lindsay Lohan's acting, singing and modeling career. However Lindsay's drug and alcohol issues has seen her career take all the wrong turns and now her family needs to fend for themselves.

While Lindsay is in and out of rehab, her younger sister Ali Lohan has decided to pursue a modeling career. The 17 year old, who now goes by her fullname of Aliana Lohan, has been looking remarkably thin as of late. Aliana has always been thin, but clearly the modeling pressure has seen her drop more weight. I guess in the modeling industry there is no such thing as being too thin. Good luck to Ali, hopefully her career turns out a bit better than her sisters.

Rihanna has been on a mini vacation recently, spending time in beautiful coastal areas of Italy, St. Tropez and France. Ditching her crazy stage costumes, Rihanna was recently seen in Portofino, Italy looking well put together. Like any true star, Rihanna enjoyed the sun, sand and shopping.

The glamazon who was seen hitting up designer boutiques including Prada and Louis Vuitton kept her look summer fresh with a white Yves Saint Laurent jumpsuit. She carried around an earthy toned Christian Louboutin 'Miss Rope' tye-dye handbag which complimented her Fendi 'Liberty' heels. Her hottest accessory has to be her pair of Prada SPR 27NS Baroque sunglasses which are completely sold out world wide.

After all the media coverage surrounding the impending wedding of Kim Kardashian and that guy she married, Kim didn't fail to disappoint.

We all know young Hollywood is obsessed with boho style ever since the Olsen's made it cool again. However, this year we are seeing celebrities dressing more refined, but still adding hippy-chic style to their outfits through their handbag choices.

One of the most coveted bohemian handbag designers at the moment has to be Simone Camille. She originally designed a single handbag for good friend Nicole Richie which sparked a fashion frenzy around the world with everyone wanting to get hold of a bag similar to Richie's. Since then, Simone Camille has launched an exclusive collection of lightweight fabric bags using vintage materials with gypsy like coin and stitch detail. Recently Kourtney Kardashian also added a Simone Camille fabric bag to her collection. She teamed hers with simple cream outfit and 60's style oversized Tom Ford Rhonda Sunglasses.

Recently her collection of bags has been popping up everywhere from screen icon Julia Roberts to jewelery designer Jennifer Meyer. Trend setters Miley Cyrus and Rachel Bilson also added the bright bags to their fuss-free colored outfits.

Nicole Richie was the first yet again to be seen wearing a bag from the Simone Camille 'Skins' Leather Collection. But for those of you who love the bags, it's going to cost you a pretty penny. For the rest of us, i guess a Saturday morning trip to the markets might seem more practical in order to get our hands on similar designs at a fraction of the price.

Kourtney Kardashian: Laced Legs & Cat Eyes

One of my most favourite reality TV stars and style icons has to be Kourtney Kardashian. The girl has style without looking stiff and overstyled. The mother of Mason, was recently seen out in Los Angeles enjoying lunch with her family.

The petite beauty wore a loose Bec and Bridge sleeveless white shirt, with a pair of black Tibi Lace shorts. She kept the look from looking crass by pairing the high waisted shorts with simple Balenciaga anthracite ballet flats. She accessoried with a pair of Tom Ford Nikita sunglasses. Like many other celebrities, Kourtney Kardashian, has fallen in love with the striking Tom Ford cat eye style which she owns in several colors. Kourtney kept the look very classic by adding a bright red vintage Chanel clutch.

Airport Style: Miranda Kerr

All the mothers of Hollywood have really taken glamor up a notch lately and Miranda Kerr is not exception. The Victoria's Secret model, who is the proud wife of Orlando Bloom, strutted through Sydney Airport in a simple yet chic outfit.

The young mother carried her son Flynn whilst wearing a Stella McCartney black blazer over a simple white t-shirt. She also wore skinny jeans by the brand Nobody and added some color with mustard-khaki hued heels. She blocked the paparazzi flashes out with a pair of Prada SPR 21NS cat eye sunglasses. The look was finished off perfectly with a textured scarf, tousled hair and a gorgeous smile.

Victoria Beckham: Posh Baby Body

On July 10th 2011, fashion designer, Victoria Beckham gave birth to her 4th child via cesarean. The former Spice Girl, who already has 3 beautiful boys with husband David Beckham, gave birth to their first daughter named Harper Seven Beckham.

The middle name Seven was chosen as it represents luck for the Beckham family, which is a really sweet sentiment, despite many critics scoffing at the name.Despite the hoo-hah around the name, David is absolutely smitten with the new addition to the family as seen in photos uploaded to their twitter accounts.

Just days before giving birth, the Beckham family were seen enjoying a lovely day at Malibu Beach. The clearly pregnant Victoria looked ravishing in a red maxi dress and Cutler and Gross Sunglasses. Less than 2 months after giving birth, Victoria Beckham was back in the spotlight, looking better than ever.

The stunning mother of 4, without a pound of post-baby weight to be seen, wore Isabel Marant cropped leather pants, Christian Louboutin Daffodile platform heels, a thick gold watch and toted around a beautiful plum Hermes Birkin handbag. She also wore items from her own fashion brand, including a Victoria Beckham Chiffon insert tank top and glamorous oversized Victoria Beckham eyewear sunglasses.

A couple of days later, Victoria was seen shopping with her children and carried Harper around wearing an adorable bell bottom dress, cropped bolero cardigan, Cutler and Gross sunglasses and Lanvin ballet flat shoes.I guess those heels weren't the most practical footwear choice to be caring around her gorgeous little girl. Congratulations to the Beckham family, Harper Seven is going to inherit one amazing wardrobe.

The Royal Wedding: Prince William & Kate Middleton

April 29th, 2011, saw, Princess Diana's first born, Prince William Arthur Philip Louis, finally wed the lady of his life Catherine 'Kate' Middleton.

After meeting at University and dating for 8 years, Kate Middleton, dubbed by the tabloids as "Waity Katie" (because she waited years for Prince William to propose) finally saw her dreams come true as she walked down the aisle in a divine Alexander McQueen dress. The £250,000 gown made of soft ivory silk tulle and lace was a nod to Grace Kelly's iconic 1956 wedding dress.

Kate's accessories were mainly gifted by the family. Her vintage Cartier tiara was borrowed from Queen Elizabeth, whilst her earrings were a wedding gift from her parents, who had them designed around their family crest. After receiving private make-up lessons, Kate decided to do her own face make up on the day, which is truly refreshing to hear.

 

While Kate looked ravishing, the world could not keep their eyes of younger sister Pippa Middleton. The maid of honour now known as 'Her Royal Hottness' wowed the world in a simple Alexander McQueen dress which hugged her body in all the right places, and when we say "hugged her body" we actually mean "hugged her backside". Pippa's backside has become the most famous Middleton, with the world swooning over her athletic figure.
